You are placing a pre-order.
Pre-orders are non-refundable. The estimated delivery date is between October 15th and 29th.

Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item
  1. Contact us via email or the contact form on our website to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. After receiving confirmation from our team, securely package your item(s).
  3. Ship your return to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
